Who we are;

Our company was founded by Atilla Demirkent in the name KENT MAKİNA in Iskenderun in 1967. Within the time span since the foundation in 1967 to this day though our company has been running a business on ship’s restoration and maintenance, and selling ship’s materials, since 2000 we have added ship’s provisions-keeping in our services.

As KENT MAKİNA, we have uncompromisingly fulfilled needs for many domestic and/or foreign companies that operate in international marine sector. Our goal in marine sector as a company is -with the help of technology- provide you with the best service, in time and complete.

Our History

ATİLLA DEMİRKENT - Our Founder

Our founder, Atilla Demirkent was born in Adana in 1941. He has been living in Iskenderun since 1952. He graduated from Iskenderun Erkek Sanat Endüstrisi (Boys’ Craft Industry) in 1959/1960. His business life started with a small workshop in Iskenderun Harbour in 1967 and continued to grow into a big company in the same city doing business with companies, harbours, agencies, meeting national and international clients, and he is an accomplished businessman offering service on a 4500 m² field with his high experience and knowledge of his business.
